#shoplocal Day 14, Days with Gray

Today I get to share the local talent of a lady named Jannelle.  She’s the lady behind Days with Gray and makes some pretty fun and unique items. DaysWithGray

Just like how I met Brookelynn, I met Jannelle when we were neighbours at a craft fair this fall.  All day, her merch was FLYING off her table and it’s no surprise as to why.  Creative, trendy and affordable, she spends her days with Grayson, her son, which is where her business name came from.  Her business is focused mainly on wooden signs that use vinyl sayings but she has a few other unique items you’ll love too.GlitterGlasses

Glitter and sparkles are some of my favourite things, crazy enough they’re two of Jannelle’s too.  She pairs up the glitter with super cheeky vinyl sayings and applies them to mugs and wine glasses.  The result?  Never having to search for your mug in the office or your wine glass on a Friday night ever again.  They are more delicate so need to be hand washed and dried but I hand wash and dry my wine glasses anyways, so that’s not a huge deal to me anyway.

She’s also mastered mirrors and chalkboards.  I love chalkboards because you can change them with the season, they never have to stay the same. She has them available in all shapes and sizes, colours and finishes and they Chalkboardslook great decorated for the holidays or written up with a weekly meal plan, hockey schedule or just with a love note for your family.

Working out of her home studio in Leduc, she’s been busy these last few months attending local craft fairs and preparing custom orders.  She posts all of her work on her Instagram and Facebook accounts so swing by to check out what she’s got for sale, there’s not possible way I can fit it all in one post.

GrandmaGrandpaBoardHer last craft fair of the season is going to be the Holly Jolly Christmas market this weekend, November 20 & 21, at the Beaumont Composite High School, 5417-43 Avenue, Beaumont.  It goes Friday 6-10pm and Saturday 10-3pm so get there early if you come across something you like.  Trust me, by the end of the day her stock will definitely be low.

Because she’s been so busy, she’s currently closed to custom orders but as a bonus to my readers today, she’s offered up this super cute Dr. Seuss kids coat/bathrobe rack for $45.  The first person to EMAIL HER HERE gets it, good luck!

A NOTE TO MY READERS: I want to reiterate that every one of these shops and artists have been selected by me to participate in my #shoplocal campaign.  I am receiving NO GRATUITIES OR FREEBIES for these shout outs and want to keep it that way!  I love all these places and what they offer and am sharing them to make my readers lives easier and promote local shopping in my area.
